Q2 : Why can not download APP ?
A2 : Please kindly by Manual Scan QR code download , or you can by phone store serach inskam or usb camera for downlad , APP is free .
Q3 : Why lens have so hot ?
A3 : This camera with 6 led , used long we suggest do not over 20 mintues .
Q4 : May i know if can clean afer used ?
A4: The earwax cleaner lens has IP67 waterproof rating, which can be washed with clean water or wiped with wet tissue after use, so that you can clean more easily.
